Executive Chef James Hice is a native of Boston. He moved to the ‘’Land of Enchantment’’ in 1990. Before coming to the Albuquerque Convention Center, James was the kitchen manager at the Ramada Inn East for over five years. Prior SMG, James worked for Aramark as Culinary Supervisor here at the Center for five years. He has a passion for food, and his signature dishes are Southwestern fusion with old world classics. In his free time he enjoys reading cook books, spending time with my friends and family. James takes great pride in being the Sous Chef at our venue!
