Executive Chef Kris has been involved in food service since graduating from culinary school in 1998. Kris' professional experience has included positions with Alcatel, Embassy Suites, Hertz, The University of Central Oklahoma, and various private endeavors. Most recently, Kris was the Rounds Chef then the Sous Chef at the SMG-managed Ford Center in Oklahoma City. Kris is excited about taking his professional and creative experience to the next level at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
Kris attended the University of Oklahoma and AIMS Culinary academy. He is a lifelong learner and is refining his skills on traditional New Mexico dishes. In his free time he enjoys dining at restaurants and trying new cuisine. His personal motivating force is his wife Demaris and son Kale. Everything can be accomplished with family.
