Jill Kaiser joined the SMG team as Director of Jill Kaiser joined the SMG team as Director of Finance in January of 2004. Jill has extensive accounting and business management experience with over 20 years in the accounting field. Previously working in the service and manufacturing industry prepared Jill for the ever changing and diverse accounting requirements of the hospitality industry. Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

With her husband, Steve, and two daughters, Kim and Katelynn, Jill has been a resident of New Mexico since 2001. Together they enjoy the life style it affords; skiing in the winter and golfing year round.
