ELECTRICAL AND UTILITIES

Electricity and other utilities are exclusively provided by the Albuquerque Convention Center . We can provide electricity, water service, drainage, compressed air and natural gas in all exhibit halls. Your timely order will ensure that power and utility you need is readily available in your booth when you arrive.

How much power do I need?

•  Calculate your lighting needs by adding wattage in each location.

•  For other equipment, read the ratings form the metal plate attached to the unit (refer to chart below).  If the rating is in watts, order in wattage.  If the rating is in amps, order in amperage. 

•  Separate locations require separate outlets.        

Payment Terms

1. Full payment (US funds only) on all orders must accompany service order forms.
2. Acceptable form of payment: cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
3. All order form information must be completed in full for order to be processed. Incomplete order forms could result in processing delay resulting in slow service installation.
4. No service will be installed until full payment is received.
5. Refunds will be given on pre-orders cancelled no later than three (3) days prior to move-in day. Cancellations made less than three (3) days out are not entitled to refunds. All refunds will be issue via mail or as a credit back on the credit card used.
6. Credit will not be given for service installed and not used.
7. Any returned check will be subject to a fee of $40.00.
